In 1994, I went to Romania because God asked me to go. I had no idea that three years later, after helping pioneer a ministry that worked with orphans that I would be given a personal mission from God...to place abandoned children in homes...a loving home where they would be nutured and loved.

The promise the Lord gave me was Isaiah 58:10 and 11: "And if you give yourselves to the hungry and satisfy the needs of the oppressed, then your light will rise in the darkness, and your night will become like the noonday. The Lord will guide you always; He will satisfy your needs in a sun-scorched land and will strengthen your frame. You will be like a well-watered garden, like a spring whose waters never fail."

With God's guidance and much prayer, the Lord began to bring into fruition His purpose for me in Romania. In 1997, ROCK Ministries (Romania Outreach to Christ's Kids) came into fruition and since that time, we have seen the Lord fulfill His promise! ROCK Ministries has a foster care and family assistance program that is approved by the Romanian government. In addition, they have approved ROCK Ministries as an emergency intervention in a state-run hospital.

We pray ROCK Ministries will bless you and your heart will be touched and moved by what our Lord is doing in Romania!
